We work face to face and are very much a hands-on company.
First phone or visit the workshop, we’ll discuss the basic details of the project and arrange a site visit. We’ll then meet on site to discuss the project in further detail until both parties have a clear understanding of what’s to be commissioned. This may take more than one visit! An estimate of price will be given, and if we are in agreement, plans will be drawn. If these are accepted a final price will be given before we start on the work.
